As
children of Cuban exiles, we were raised to
love American and long for Cuba. And although we love
hamburgers and apple pie, our family dinners
consist
of lechon y pastels de quayaba along with a
story from “the homeland.” So we’ve opened this
restaurant not only for ourselves, but for our parents,
grandparents, aunts, and uncles who left all that they
knew so that we could know a better way of life.
Our American Dream is to share the Cuban experience,
the food, the music, and the passion. We are sure that
you will fall in love with it as much as we have. iQue
